Car got done sooner than expected. I appreciate the detailing work. I also appreciate Charlies compromising on the rental rate because State Farm was being difficult and impossible to work with.

Everything was better than expected. The only issue was the insurance company complaining about the rental rate- $49 versus the insurance company only wanting to pay $35. I offered to pay the difference, but the Charlie’s said they would absorb it.
