I can't say anything negative about the Collision Center. (and Toyota) We were always notified about what they needed to do. They made our 2022 Rave4 look like a new car, which was totally amazing. From when we entered the Center to the pick up date everyone we encountered were so nice & informative. We would highly recommend them 100% plus. Many thanks to the entire crew.

Not only was the repair completed satisfactorily, the staff member went above and beyond and buffed out a spot on my Fender where another person had run into my car and driven away without leaving any information. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

Even though it took a long time to get our fix-it appointment, the work was done very professionally. It took a little longer than they had projected but that didn’t cause us any problems. Our rent-a-car was done through Charlie’s and it was all very smooth.
