Even though it took a long time to get our fix-it appointment, the work was done very professionally. It took a little longer than they had projected but that didn’t cause us any problems. Our rent-a-car was done through Charlie’s and it was all very smooth.

Words just can’t express how great Charlie’s staff at the Collision Center were when I had to have body work done on my Subaru in the last 2 weeks and to have it completed so quickly. Did not meet the workers who did the actual body work but thank you all. Also, thank you to Renee and Kim at the front desk for their help. Great staff.
