They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! It is also very efficient having the rental department in the same building as dropping off the car to be repaired! I had an issue with the rental company that I had gone through and I did not realize that you have a rental department and at last minute were able to accommodate my issues! Extremely satisfied! Oh and the car looks amazing!

Charlie’s took the guesswork and worry out of our insurance claim. Due to work my wife had to handle all arrangements and they treated her amazingly well. She’s had bad experiences with other automotive shops and Charlie’s, the entire experience, has been second to none.

I got my jeep back and then the next day had air in your waiting room for 2 hours because stuff was falling off it. Plus there is more to this. It still makes noises and shouldn’t. Very disappointed and upset.
