Initially I had to cancel my appointment because the rental car company had quoted me over double my allowed rate. Terri called the rental car company and helped to make sure I could get a rental within my allowance. Also when I had first arrived there was a sign on the door that said that it was a busy time and appraisals needed to be done by appointment. Having come from the other end of town Jeremy without hesitation took a look at my car so that it wouldn?t be a wasted trip.
