I wasn't able to talk to anyone about what exactly was done to my vehicle. Then to get home n later find out part of my problem still isn't fixed. My back light was replaced but my running lights still aren't working. Now I have to bring it back. I was never told the insurance company was supposed to set up my rental n if I hadn't called the day before I would have been screwed. I had to reschedule for a week later because there were no reservations n no cars available.
