I am very satisfied with the staff and repair results. The wait time to bring in my car for repair was kind of unexpected - but since I was able to drive it in it's damaged condition the wait time was not a hardship to me. The office person was friendly and explained everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend Chatham Collision Service to friends and family.
