The car body was repaired as requested. The sunroof shade would not close making it inoperable after receiving the car. The car was dirty and seats stained on return. The car was professionally detailed before dropping off the vehicle for repairs. After bringing the car back for repairs to the sunroof we found the passenger seat belt not reattached, roof liner not properly reinstalled, there still is a rattling sound coming from a new location in the roof liner even after getting the sunroof fixed on a second visit. after repairs were made the seats were stained with a white residue (bondo dust) on receiving the vehicle.

Overall, great job on repairing the dent. Paint and crease matched with the car, however, there is a gap in between the driver and passenger door. The doors, on the repair side, must be closed with little more force then it used to be. Also on the front passenger inside door, there seems to be a hole that was cause by a sharp object.

We were very satisfied with the lady at the desk, very pleasant & helpful. However after we opened our claim & we hadn’t heard anything in almost a month we called to be told the man had quit & left the state. Did they just leave all his paperwork sit & no one did anything? How many customers were waiting like us? We were not impressed, the receptionist looked into it & got things moving for us.

When it was all done, the manager was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I had loose connections on my battery and wasn’t able to get it started when I got there, but the manager was stepped in and helped me get it started before I left. He was telling me he had only been there about six weeks and hoped to get things turned around and use a different vendor so it won’t happen again. Fortunately for us, I didn’t need the vehicle during that time. I’m happy it all worked out and they got it completed before I picked it up.
