The work was good and the customer service excellent. The only thing I would recommend is letting the customer know beforehand not to drop their vehicle off if the parts aren't in. It wasn't a big deal for me but for others it may be an inconvenience.

I was not contacted about when I should bring the car in. I had to call and find out what was going on. At the time I had the estimate, I was told I would be notified weekly with updates on the progress of my repair. However, the car looks wonderful and it looks like everything was repaired back to brand new. I was very impressed that the car was cleaned and detailed.

Everyone was very nice and personable and the receptionist explained everything very clearly. The gentlemen (Eric) who did the vehicle consult was very friendly and explained the work that would need to be done very clearly. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that I was told I would be given weekly updates as to the status of the parts order/repair process, and I was not kept informed. And at the initial consult, I was told a tentative date for repair only to find out when I called regarding the scheduling that it would be a week later.
