Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Front desk lady was very prompt and knowledgable and Fransico was super nice and helpful as well. The entire process was great! They took good care of my car and it left in better condition inside and out than it went in!:) They went above and beyond.

The new bumper, the removed dent, the repaint and the new windshield are all done beautifully. The heat shield underneath the car was not properly attached to the new bumper and I did it myself after diagnosing what that rattling was.

Employees were always courteous and polite. I do not think I was given a realistic estimate on the time the repair would take. This, combined with ordering/delivery errors was frustrating (and expensive) for me. A better time estimate, or not bringing my vehicle into the shop until the appropriate parts were there would have avoided the problem.

I was satisfied with the body work done. But my autostart was turned off and not turned back on, causing me to have to bring it back the next day. The next day, my car wouldn't start and we found that the battery cables hadn't been tightened.
