There was another lady in the shop today when I was and she said, excuse me ma’am, but I’m nervous. Have you been here before I don’t know who to trust? I asked her if she would come outside and I showed her around my truck as well as the before pictures. I told her my experience all three times and she decided right then and there to sign the paperwork to have Chesapeake Collision repair her vehicle after hitting a deer.

I can’t say enough good things about CC. They’ve had my baby for 3 different issues over the last couple of years and are consistently top notch in my book. First of all, I can’t say enough about how sweet and helpful the girl at the front desk was every time I contacted your shop. I told her many times it’s rare you get somebody pleasant behind the front desk of a business, which is the face of your business and she was amazing. Everybody actually that I dealt with was very good and my car looks beautiful.!! My only complaint is I do not think any body shop should have somebody’s car for over two weeks. I would’ve said a 10 if not for that.
