There were significant delays, which are understandable. However the communication on Chesapeake Collision's part was severely lacking.

We were very happy with our experience! Not only were all the repairs done perfectly, but the staff (Tonya and Kristen) were professional, courteous and attentive! We were always kept appraised of progress and status. Our Acura RDX was ready on time and was beautifully clean, too! While we hope we don't have to come back, if we ever need repairs to our cars, we will call you! We will also recommend you to our friends!
