The staff here does not seem too friendly, and I feel bad for the receptionist girl as she was there all day every day whenever I had communication with the shop. She seemed extremely exhausted and I cannot even blame her for being in a bad mood when she works all day everyday. The lack of communication and lack of readiness also makes me not want to recommend this shop.

I was really hoping for this body shop to redeem itself to me, but it seems like communication is a huge issue here. Last year I had brought my classic vehicle in for repairs and went in for an estimate and called non stop for two weeks before I was finally able to get an answer from this shop and chose to do the work myself. This really disappointed me cause I never received calls back despite leaving messages. This time around, everything was prompt and quick at first. I even received calls about the estimated day my car would be done, woohoo! This shop being my only choice with Geico, I was hopeful. But even then, I had to call on the day it was said to be done and they said it would be done 30 minutes before they close, so it wasn’t even actually going to be done at a reasonable time frame that day. The repairs were done well enough, but there was dirt and grime in the resprayed hood on my car. Unless I had to, I may not return or use this shop again based solely on the lack of communication with me as a customer.

They did an excellent job repairing my Ford Expedition. Looks great The attention to detail shows. Only thing left is the license plate bracket. Install with the license plate.
