Parts of the interior of the truck are covered in a heavy dust, probably from the interior being exposed to body work with the doors off.

The quality of the work performed at Chesapeake Collision was excellent. My vehicle repairs were superb. My car looked as though it had just come off a car dealer's showroom floor. I was very pleased with how it looked.

The Customer Service was top-notch. The customer service rep, Briana, was always very courteous and professional at all times. She was thorough when explaining the paperwork to be signed and made copies upon request. I received routine updates via phone and text messages on the status of my vehicle and when it would be ready for pick-up. The customer service was also top-notch and very impressive. The Adjuster who viewed my vehicle was equally excellent. Both possessed excellent communication skills and demonstrated exceptional professionalism.
