While my car repair looks as it was before the accident, it took OVER two months for the repairs to be made…There was a severe lack in communication regarding important updates and the fact the estimator who was working on my car (Ryan) changed and I wasn't made aware. Ashley (who took over) was a tremendous help in explaining the process, keeping me informed, and making sure everything worked out!

The car was fixed, but now it won’t start. It could be that the battery just drained from sitting there for over a month, but I’m about to switch out the battery to see. I’m not sure what happened, but the electrical system is a mess.
