The chilton manager was true to his word and my truck was completed on time. I did not have to wait a long time when I picked up my ford bronco. The only surprise was the prepaid cost in addition to my deductible.

I believe the employee who helped me was Drake. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help me get a good understanding of cost analysis. I know my cars older and I don’t have a lot of knowledge on it but he guided me through the whole process smoothly. I would definitely recommend to friends and advise them to go in when he’s there!
