Char's customer service was outstanding. The 'check emission system' red light is still on my dashboard, so the car is not completely repaired. In addition, the VTM-4 red light is on my dashboard now. The cascading effect is 'the catalytic converter is bad', according to Google search.

Ms. Char was extremely pleasant and hospitable. My car initially had smoke fumes coming the exhaust pipe, temporarily. The ‘check emission system ‘ came on the dashboard the next day. For the first time, I saw a VTM-4 light on my dashboard.

Ms Char was professional, hospitable, and compassionate. When I picked up my car, for a brief moment, smoke came from my exhaust pipes. The next day after I picked up my car, the ‘check emission system’ light came on. For the first time, the VTM-4 light came on the dashboard. Clearly, this was very frustrating to experience after the car was repaired. I called my insurance to voice my opinion and ask for another body shop.

The repair looks like it was brand new again, Marlene kept me updated on the repair timeline and we made an arrangement to get 1 issue fixed not part of the repair more related to the reassembly.
