Overall, I was happy with the friendly and prompt service. Thank you. However, when I got my car back and opened the trunk, I noticed some leftover trash inside, and there seemed to be a new mark or scratch on the front bumper that wasn’t there before. I was a bit surprised, so I’m thinking of stopping by when I have time.

I've never seen a more seamless car repair system before. Chilton handled everything from contacting CSAA to taking care of the rental car details and even let me drop my rental car off at their location when I picked up my car. The staff were all courteous and on top of things and even accommodated my late arrivals. The repairs look better than the car did before, perfect everything perfect
