The driver side mirror just got fix It doesn’t feel and stays firm when the base folds towards the window and it makes a weird sound No like the passenger side when the mirror base folds towards the glass window. It stays firm it doesn’t make any weird sound it is very smooth

Soi and Peter were great to work with. Soi was my primary adjuster I was in contact with and he was very professional. Bonus that he spoke chinese so he could communicate with my mom (which she was concerned as it was their vehicle initially). They took care of my 25 year old Mercedes SUV and got it back to me in a week. Thanks again! I'll be sure to refer my buddies to Chilton on Eddy St!
