The fact that I took the car..and took a ride down the block just to notice that my auto lock switch was not unlocking the passenger door only.And had to bring it back at pick up.Showed Un professionalism

For the rearview mirrors repaired on both passenger and driver doors there is stickers of bar codes that I cannot take off!!

When going to pay.Staff did not know how to accept payments.The Asian guy Soy told me on 2 occasions "I'm new,I don't know if we can take money orders..I think you can pay with a gift card, I think you can pay cash"..as The intake staff Paoloa told me days prior they only prefer money orders.This was frustrating...And suspenseful ..Because this guy 'Soy'..is the contact person now that I am in contact with.But to hear "I don't know nothing" .."I'm new" to me is not an excuse to not know how to take payments..or not be able to answer my questions.When he kept saying " let me go ask someone else" about my questions.Made this not a good exp.
