Kelly, the receptionist at the Wisconsin office was very helpful from the phone conversation until I got there in person. She was very helpful, compassionate and very professional. Dan the Manager, at the I distrust branch shows a lot of professionalism and so is Sandra. They were very helpful. The office is very welcoming compared to what was it before. Kindly commend Kelly, Sandra and Dan in front of your staff, next time you have an all staff meeting.. They are all an asset to your company.

Chilton Auto Body Shop should be on top of your lists. I will highly recommend them compared to the other body shop which was recommended to me, the Alioto Auto Body shop was not very helpful at all. I contacted them first but was not satisfied with the reception.

I would SHOUT IT TO THE UNIVERSE!!! SANDRA IS so knowledgeable and was SUPER Patient when I stood to read the contract. She asked if I had any questions and was willing to help, and not once did she rush me or say, like most places "It's just Standdard, just sign here,here, initial here. Dan answered all my questions regarding the contract also and explained to me why certain things had to be signed in order for them to MOVE FORWARD With the Repairs. I APPLUAD Their patience and professionalism. Not to mention their SUPER FRIENDLY PERSONALITIES!!!! I was worried about walking home also, and DAN said "NO way we would have you walk home" I only live a few Blocks AWAY!!!!. He was very Kind.

Repair is great and staff were excellent. I was surprised by the "Power of Attorney" wording on the paperwork. Signing over power of attorney seems like a step too far.

Sandra and Dan were amazing. I loved how clean and organized this new location is…the communication was excellent. They kept the golden rule: under promise and over deliver. I’m so delighted to have them in my neighborhood (Potrero Hill). The work looks very good, can’t tell there were dents and scratches before.
