Took a bit longer than estimated partially due to things out of their control (calibration machine broke?). Also, I had to call to get status updates for more details than the cursory email updates. Would have been nicer for them to call me instead of the other way around.

my drivers side back tire below where the repairs were done is missing an entire bolt after being in this shop… i took it in with 5 bolts and received it back with 4, it doesn’t seem safe to drive missing an entire bolt in my rim. this shop jeopardized my safety.

I asked if it was possible to get the scratch fixed by the weekend, they said they would try and they had it turned around in only 3 days, looks brand new! I would come Back again (hopefully don’t have to though) Thanks for the quick turnaround!
