They forgot to put back the small rubber plug on the left rear window; and the interior panels had several dirty spots that they did not clean it after work. This is just a good positive input for Chilton Autobody.

After getting my car back, the trunk wouldn't open and the back window was replaced but not tinted (the rest of the windows are tinted.)

The actual repair seems fine. Though supposedly unrelated, our back door (hatch back) has been a bit misaligned since we got our car back. We brought it into have checked, but not much was resolved.

Kevin was great in helping me. I'm not completely satisfied as I had to go back twice to pick up my car. My car did not have QC before handing off to me and there were parts not replaced correctly probably due to the technicians rushing. The car was washed but very dusty inside. There is a lot of white lint that I can't vacuum off with my handheld and will probably have to take the car to get detailed. I hope Chilton will do better QC on their repairs in the future.
