Only one tiny thing - I Asked for an estimate to fix a scratch unrelated to the collision damage and it wasn't done. Everything else was great!

The diffuser unde attached to the freshly painted bumper had scratches on it that were not there before. Even after I showed them a picture of the before (no scratches) they basically told me there was nothing they could do. The part is inexpensive, ~$150. Also, the bumper itself had paint bumps on it, from the paint process, they tried to buff it down a but, but you could still see them, especially on a black car. USAA told me to go to Chilton and if the work was not perfect to let them know, which I did, but they did nothing to fix it.
