My experience with Chilton was great.I was updated if there were any delays and they helped me with returning my rental car. David at the front desk was especially helpful and gave me enough information without overwhelming with too much details. I also happened to share with him that my dog had recently died which I was still quite upset about and he was very kind. I know thats not a part of "car body repair" but I really appreciated his kindness, which is so rare nowadays. A special thank you to David
