The communication at best is poor except when they need payment, or something signed.

So far they are not done yet, the door electronics do not yet work correctly, the door still does not shut correctly

For what has been completed, They have done the work well. The information; costing, and evaluations on the vehicle have been like riding a yo-yo. They would order a part and found it didn't come with a different expected part so they woould have to order others and then billed for those parts too and they did that a number of times, and still haven't completed the door. Although they did require me to "pay my deductible" even though the vehicle is not complete and some of the electronics do not work correctly. They have yet to acquire and install the interior door trim. Don't pay this body shop until it has been completed. COMPLETLY

My entire experience with Chilton was very good. I worked with “Jimmy” when I arrived to drop off my car—and with “Anthony” when I went to drop off my rental there at Chilton, and pick up my 2006 Toyota Corolla. 👏🏼
