Awesome shop! Glad I chose this facility for repair. Lester Branson was very great with communication and thoroughly explained the entire repair process from the very beginning to end. Communication was great in receiving text messages with every phase of the repair along with the communication from the shop directly from the general manager and Mr Guiab. By the time it was close to picking up my car, Lester and his production team Franco and Noe along with Carlos made sure that the gaps and lines were on point from the way it was from the Detroit Production Line. When I picked up, boy my vehicle was as shiny as a nickel from a Donkeys you know what. Thank you Lester and Team for everything!!! I will let my friends and family know about my experience and quality of repair y’all do!!

Someone had tried to pry my driver side door handle open to break in but were not successful. I filed my claim with my insurance. Was in contact with Chilton the same day. They told me it would be about a week until they had the part. Didn’t hear from them the following week so I reached out. Said they were having trouble finding the part since it was a 2004 Tahoe. I said no problem. They said probably another week. Didn’t hear from them the next week so reached out to them and they said they had the part but just had to get it in the paint shop and to give them a couple of days. Another week went by. Reached out to them again. They said they would have it painted in the next couple of days. That was a Wednesday. Finally heard from them on the following Monday and they said it was ready to be installed. Took it to be installed. After installation I asked about the key to the lock in case my alarm has a problem. They said I would have to bring it back at a later time for them to do that. Not satisfied at all with the service. If I bring my car in for the repair after waiting almost a month I shouldn’t have to bring it back to have the repair completed.

Lester and Sunny were amazing to work with. I’ve never been in an accident before and Lester gave solid advice on the insurance/rental car situation we were dealing with. They were super flexible with my ever-evolving calendar, and talked me through the entire process. As a novice car owner who’s never been in an accident- they made the process seamless. Great communication, updates, advice, and coordinated with Enterprise the duration of my repairs. Would recommend to anyone local in San Mateo… genuinely some of the most kind, honest, and friendly people throughout this experience!
