My experience with Chilton was fantastic from start to finish. Starting off, Sonny helped me with an estimate appointment. I was seen right away and was given very clear and helpful feedback about the necessary repairs. I appreciate the clear communication and detailed answers to my questions. I felt confident and informed throughout the process of my repairs, provided with updates consistently about estimated time of completion. When I picked up my car, it looked like a brand new vehicle! In perfect condition, sparkling clean. Both Lester and Sonny were fantastic and I will not forget their top-notch customer service. The folks doing the work in the shop are clearly professionals who know what they’re doing and only do the best work. I will definitely recommend Chilton to all my friends and family in need of bodywork.

I couldn’t be happier with my service from Chilton, specifically Lester and Sonny. They were so kind and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make the appointment smooth and convenient for me. After I dropped my car off they were in touch about every step and answered all my questions. They even delivered my car back to my home because I was out of the country when it was ready. Plus, they fixed an additional ding in my car from a prior incident. When I got home and saw my car I nearly cried with joy. They have renewed my faith in autobody shops!

This a great organization. Lester the manager was amazing and very attentive with impressive wealth of knowledge. He kept me updated on every step of the way.
