Start to finish, it was a pleasure. Already inconvenienced, I expected this experience to add insult to injury. It was the opposite. The other driver took full responsibility. The AllState app made filing the claim fluent. Lester & the guys in the shop couldn't have been any more genuine, honest or welcoming. The repair time was brief. The actual cost was less than the estimate. And my truck was returned looking better than the day I purchased it inside & out. That's how to run a business. What a refreshing experience.

From the point that my truck was damaged until it was returned, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The other driver took full responsibility. The AllState app fluently filed the claim and referred Chilton San Mateo. Lester and the guys couldn't have been more genuinely welcoming & considerate. The repair not only took less time than expected, but cost less than the initial estimate. And, my truck was returned cleaner (inside & out) than when it was first purchased. It was honestly a pleasure to see a business run so well.
