This may seem silly, but when I got into my car (it looked great!), there was a strong B.O. smell. I drove home with the windows down hoping the car would air out, but it was still there. I cleaned it right when I got home. I guess someone who was really sweaty and smelly was inside doing god knows what. Besides this, my experience at Chilton was very positive.

I was impressed by being kept up-to-date on the progress of the repair progress,, the great communication and, today, when I picked up the car, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the front office person, and of one of the mechanics who worked on my car. I have nothing but good things to say. Five star experience!

I felt that I was kept extremely well informed and was very impressed by the “front office“ staff that I dealt with when I picked up my car. Everything was double checked, and she went through all the documents, answering questions as necessary. Totally professional!
