This may seem silly, but when I got into my car (it looked great!), there was a strong B.O. smell. I drove home with the windows down hoping the car would air out, but it was still there. I cleaned it right when I got home. I guess someone who was really sweaty and smelly was inside doing god knows what. Besides this, my experience at Chilton was very positive.

I was impressed by being kept up-to-date on the progress of the repair progress,, the great communication and, today, when I picked up the car, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the front office person, and of one of the mechanics who worked on my car. I have nothing but good things to say. Five star experience!

I felt that I was kept extremely well informed and was very impressed by the “front office“ staff that I dealt with when I picked up my car. Everything was double checked, and she went through all the documents, answering questions as necessary. Totally professional!

They did an excellent job of repairing my 2 vehicles, Odyssey and Equinox, but I was missing my garage remote opener from the Odyssey. They questioned me regarding the presence of the remote when we left the vehicle. I have never moved the remote from my driver side sun visor. I worry about it being taken and used in a nefarious way. The replacement is about $75 and they NEVER offered to replace it. This situation was very upsetting and their response was non existent, other than questioning me if I ever left it. Since their image at intake did not show it, they felt no responsibility. I had in under the visor and it would never would have been visible when looking into the vehicle.

I had heard Chilton advertising during Giants games years ago. When I needed a body shop for my Odyssey, I chose them from the list of auto shops my insurance company had sent to me. Caitlin was at the front desk when I had called regarding the repair of my Odyssey. When we arrived at their office Caitlin looked at the damage to our Odyssey and she gave us her knowledgeable idea of what would be needed to repair it. When picked the Odyssey 3 days early, it looked perfect. We were extremely happy with the repair. I would highly recommend Chilton if you ever need any auto body repair.
