Went to pick up my repaired vehicle at around 4 pm after full 10-day repair period. Upon inspection right at the auto shop, noted technician did not complete the repair properly. Technician left already, so I have to go back to get them addressed again. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this experience and the quality of work provided.

Above and beyond customer service. They did everything right. They even had my car come back in better shape than before it was dinged up. They cleaned the inside and touched up some old scratches.
