Although Caitlin, the receptionist was very helpful, I was really disappointed in the whole process. I planned ahead to have my car repaired while I was gone on a trip for eight days. 10 days before my trip I took the car in and show them what needed to be done so I can order the part and have it there when I left on my trip. They did not get the part until After I returned. So I had to rent a car which I didn’t want to do since I have dogs. They were helpful in the fact that they said they would clean that rental for me and it turned out. I only had it for one day. The worst thing was, though, the condition of the interior of my car when I picked it up, everything was topsy-turvy in the car. My seats were down my mats were thrown to the side. They’ve gone through my console and dumped some things out for some reason. There was glass from the repair inside my car. They had not vacuumed frankly, I’m shocked that it wasn’t checked before I got there. One thing they did do for me that I appreciate is cleaning the pine tar off the top of my car. However, they told me they would do that and they didn’t do it until I got there so I had to wait around for about an hour.

Top notch service! The staff are all so helpful and pleasant and Caitlin is the best! The repairs were done well and in a timely manner. In addition, they even provided a complimentary car cleaning. Highly recommend.
