Everyone at this shop were first class and a pleasure to deal with. From my first meeting with Gustavo to review the damage he was very thorough and even pointed out damage I hadn't seen or think was important. I had two request: first I had a time line i had to meet because I was leaving the country for 8 months and I needed to have the repairs completed before I left. Second my windshield needed replacement and the insurance company typically approves only aftermarket replacement. The windshield on my ram truck had special sensors for some options I had paid extra for, so I really wanted the OEM windshield. I know in the end Gustavo had to work hard to find a OEM windshield a d get it approved by the insurance company. My schedule was tight and they finished my repairs two days early. Communication were excellent from Brian and the ladies in the office. Text messages almost daily and phone follow ups were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Chilton San Rafael.
