My prompt, courteous treatment was even more amazing, since Johnny, one of the 2 office people who assessed the damage, was waiting for an appointment with his MD for serious joint pains, and was limping at the time of my visit to them.

They missed a part on the bumper the other driver scratched but the bumper in general is old and scratched so not really a big deal.

There is some sort of sticky substance all over the bumper that I am having a hard time removing. There is also a spot on the drivers window that I can't remove. I am also very disappointed of how the truck was put back together. Plastic is loose hanging in the wheel well. Please call me at 650-219-4823
