The staff at Chilton was very helpful throughout the entire process of assessing the damage, getting the quote, taking care of the repair and picking up. They answered all my questions and even fretted me by name on my return visits! I especially appreciated the attention to detail they have in assessing the damage, I had a hit to my front bumper/tire and they suggested not just bumper repair but also the tire rim and cover repair.

After the repair, I noticed that the gap between the liftgate and the upper bumper trim/bumper cover is uneven, and it looks like the trim may not be fully seated. Could you please check the bumper cover retainers and alignment?
