The end job is PERFECT. You cannot tell AT ALL that the backside of my van and sliding door had been attacked by a stone column!! Victoria and Vicente were always nice, courteous, and polite. I didn’t make that easy for them toward the end. Thank you!!

I brought my car in to have the back glass replaced and some interior plastic trim replaced that was damaged. The shop damaged my car and had to complete body work to repair it. They had me come pick up the car but the glass installed is defective. The installer damaged my paint around the install. The damage the shop did to my vehicle was poorly repaired. I had to take an afternoon off work to take the car back to them, and deal with the hassle of getting another rental just so they could fix the original repair correctly, AND SO THEY COULD FIX THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED CORRECTLY. The only reason they got a 5 instead of a 0 is the professionalism and friendliness of Jordan, the manager, and the front office staff.
