I would definitely recommend the repair shop to others. There is another repair shop that AAA was trying to make me go to that. I really don’t like. They would never be recommended by me. If he wants to know their name, let me know.

The repair that they said they would do was done really really well. I have absolutely no problem with that. It’s just that I did notice a small ding or dent in the angle of the sun today that was on another panel adjacent to where the repair was done. I don’t really care to have that repaired unless it was super easy and required no painting, etc. Otherwise no big deal.

Chilton auto body was very easy to work with. They were friendly, and made picking the rental car quick. They gave us a ride to the rental car place, and then took the rental car back after they were completed. They kept us appraised of the work they were doing in the cost and did everything on time. I would give this 100% but I did notice a tiny dent in another panel in the sun today which means they just got missed. I don’t really think it needs to be fixed, but it didn’t get noticed and in reality I didn’t notice it either until today.

I would recommend Chilton Auto Body to anyone. I was treated with courtesy and respect, kept updated on the progress of repairs, and our car repair was beautiful! During the repair, a technician discovered our battery had some serious problems which we were able to quickly get a replacement. Thank goodness it was discovered while in the shop than to be stranded somewhere! A very positive experience for us!
