The team at Chilton Santa Rosa were absolutely wonderful to work with! They got the job done really quickly, did a beautiful job and were really helpful and great with their communications! I hope not to need auto body work again but I will definitely use them if I need to. Also everything was extremely seamless working with my insurance. Easiest insurance claim I’ve ever had to deal with! And the Lyft rides they scheduled to get me back home and then back to the shop was so very helpful!! Highly recommend using Chilton!!

Victoria was very nice, helpful and made the process easy. The wrong part was sent for my car so I picked it up until the correct part came in then dropped it off again and it was ready for pickup the next day!! I highly recommend Chilton Santa Rosa, and will use them again if needed....but hopefully not!!
