We would recommend this shop to anyone. This was our second experience at this shop because our first experience was so positive. Victoria and Vicente are very helpful, capable, pleasant and very caring people who made you feel at ease. You knew you could trust them. Jordan always kept us informed on the progress of the job and was most thoughtful. The entire crew must be excellent and knowledgeable and have pride in their work for the car to leave their shop looking like new.

This was the second time I have used Chilton Santa Rosa. They are absolutely wonderful! Very communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Car repairs are never fun, but Chilton Santa Rosa made me feel calm and confident, start to finish. Shout out to Victoria, especially. She is the best! Oh, and my car was absolutely sparkling clean when I picked it up!

I found out about Chilton from the insurance company of the person that hit my car, after reading many glowing reviews about their service I decided to give them a try. They really lived up to their reviews! The service was great, staff very friendly and kept me updated on the work. They were organized and had my repairs done quickly and the car looks beautiful! Having my rental car delivered and picked up from Chilton made for a much easier experience as well. I figured they would wash the outside of my car but they did the inside too which was a very nice surprise! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
