The whole purpose of an auto body shop is to return a vehicle to a before damage state. This place failed at that for me. To allow a customers vehicle to even leave your shop with such a glaring issue is beyond me. I noticed the problem immediately and was told the gap was there in the pictures. Well, unless you have pictures of the vehicle prior to the accident does it not make sense that the gap was likely du to the accident? Then to hear you blame the insurance company for not wanting to pay for factory parts unless it just isn't right then you can submit a supplement. A customers car should never leave the shop until it's right. Not the way to do business. I would love to have my car back to normal. But you kept it so long i have no more rental funds on the claim. I will absolutely not use your shop again.
