Repairs look good the two things I had to fix is both inter fender liners were not bolted correctly and when driving home after picking it up were rubbing on front tires and when the tailgate was removed bed light switch wires were ripped off and I had to fix them

I know your company is one of the best around here. This is what I think after three text from Chris and Phillips about your rating of work. I know that my truck is 2009 old truck. There some scratches and primer I am assuming from when it was worked on.

The first time I was very disappointed felt that I was not asked about the repair in a professional was as a customer felt he was very rude. I was trying to explain to him and he really cut me off. I know that somehow was he was thinking I lied about what had happened to my truck due to hurricane Beryl. Eventually I had proof with my outside camera. When I came to pick up my truck the top bed lid was not on it. I was told that I never said what kind or brand it was. Well If I am not asked how would I know. Someone could email me. I left my email on your records. Also it was around 450 I called that I would be the in a minute or so was was told that they closed at 5.00 I asked can you wait a minute this is the only time I can pick up the truck. Also around 5. 03 a customer walked in w at was told that it was closed. It was the tone of voice that made me look and said wow. I know as a customer it turned me off like why did I bring my service here. I know it was a insurance claim but I have paid for 15 year on that truck in insurance so it is my money.

The work done on my vehicle is spectacular. I will say, however, that there were a couple of very frustrating things that happened. First, I was told to bring the car in a certain day for drop off so I rented a vehicle that same day. When I got to the body shop, I was told that they were not ready for my car yet for another week. Secondly, it was extremely clear by all parties that my deductible was $500 total on two claims. It was even in writing BY the body shop, but when I went to pay I was told it was $1,000.00. This was untrue and it took quite a long time to clear up.

I appreciate how they walked me through every step of the way explained what the insurance was wanting, and they were very Transparent about the process how long it should take keeping me updated on when I would receive my car back and based on the damages, I feel it was in a very reasonable time period. I am very pleased with the service.
