Communication on my Challenger ( the beautiful yellow) repair was excellent from Chuck and his team. The repair work was outstanding and my car looks brand new! Chuck and his team handled the Insurance forms /the company/ rental car etc! He sent me the forms to read and sign to assure my acceptance of him doing the communication! That was much relief not having to deal with insurance companies and payments.
