I would never refer this place if I ever hear anybody say they’re going there I would tell them don’t do it thank you to Ricky for trying his best to make things right although I still have to pay over $1000 out-of-pocket to fix my car

There was never any update on my vehicle unless I called. Each time I called Missy was rude. I stood polite and respectful because my vehicle was there. I was told one time by a gentlemen, when I called that they would not be able to get to my vehicle because there were so many vehicles they had to fix that was struck by Deers. I still said patient and understanding Missy told me the same as well. My vehicle was there for over a month. I picked it up two days ago I believe and that’s when I lost my patience. I argued with Missy on the phone. My front tire shakes and wobbles has broken parts. I have no clue how that happened especially because that’s not the part that was affected by the accident. I now have to pay out-of-pocket to repair that the locks on my driver side door and my passenger door do not work. I also have to pay for that repair. There should be no reason why those lights don’t work. The passenger door was affected by the accident that was repaired, but the lock does not work my air tire sensors don’t work at all. None of them work. They don’t even register on the screen of my dash this was a very horrible experience not only am I now permanently disabled from an accident that I did not cause, but my vehicle will never be the same, and I am stuck with it since I am making payments on it still During the argument over the phone with Missy she had the audacity to tell me she’s not the one that caused the accident and I responded. Well neither was I. I was going less than 5 miles an hour doing a left-hand turn when an older gentleman crashed into me. I have enough to deal with, but the accident memories triggering me, and the fact that I am not disabled. I can no longer drive my school bus I can no longer be a nurse after 20 years to have this experience on top of the accent, and the outcome was absurd. It was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. The seal on my rear passenger door is not even put right so that door will rust out come winter with all the rain and snow. The door does not even close properly unless I slam it hard there should be no need for that as well. This was a very poor service. The insurance company from the person that crashed into my vehicle paid over $7800. my vehicle was there like I said for over a month if you check the pictures if they even took pictures, you can see by the damage that it should not have taken that long and there is no reason why I should have to pay for repairs of things that are now damaged that were not damaged before the accident.

Customer service was horrible. Even if I did have to wait a month or more for my vehicle, it could’ve been easily tolerated if your employee Missy that answered the phone each time was respectful and not disgustingly rude it would’ve been better to at least have a once a week update on what is going on instead every time I called once a week I was told they haven’t even gotten to it to work on. When I told Missy that I would have a tow pick up my car and take it elsewhere to be repaired she told me I couldn’t drive it although I was willing to pay for a tow truck to get it out of there and take it somewhere else
