I received a call from one of the employees regarding a dent he noticed that was not previously noted from the damage from the deer. He was supposed to send me a picture but I never received a photo or a call back. Honestly, I could have reached back out to him with full confidence that it was just forgotten however, my mind was a mess dealing with my step dad on hospice and his passing away on 2/13. This unfortunate mishap will not deter my decision to continue to bring my vehicles to Gilberts in the future.
