My car was dropped off on 9/19 and picked up on 10/9. It took an extremely long time. It's s a Toyota RAV 4. It was detailed inside and out. They had to take it to Buffalo so it was low on gas when I got it back. The staff was great as far as communicating when I had questions etc.
