Just tool a lot longer than original estimated time but I think that was partly due to insurance.

Never. Will be telling folks to stay away and having shop reconsidered as a preferred shop

For one. Don is not a name that should have anything to do with this claim. He is my ex-husband and not even on the vehicle. Two. Communications had with office staff ( during the preliminary estimate) were not relayed to the adjuster and claim is being denied for part of the damages.

Received one call where the preliminary estimate was received. Communication took place about additional damage and nothing was done. Next call was your car is ready and repairs are not complete. Repairs that are done are not to standards. Fuzz under paint coat and bed liner not fully replaced. Bead and overstay can leave room for moisture and rust
