I was recommended to you guys by Kentucky Farm Bureau. I had to wait over a month for an appointment and dropped off my car on June 14. You guys knew that I was gonna replace the front bumper and associated parts. I called on June 19 and there was no update. I called again the next week and you were waiting on parts. Finally, it was done on June 29. Thankfully, I planned this repair around a family vacation and I was out of town for most of the repair. It seems like I was waiting a long time like a month to get the appointment and then over 10 days since I dropped the car off for the parts to come in maybe that’s part of your process, but it would’ve been very inconvenient for me not to have a car for over two weeks if I wouldn’t have been on vacation

The girls in the office were very nice and good and the quoting process was great. I have no problems with my personal interaction with the girls in the office. However, there was no update. I had to call each time and I wasn’t told about the final status until it was done.
