Disappointed with lack of communication. It took three weeks to get my car back which I was okay with if I would have got it back in good condition, it’s barely drivable. Also upset with a part that was not replaced because it was not damaged but the opposite side was replaced due to damage that made my car look bad, ugly, just off. I would have liked for someone to let me know, I would have bought that part myself to have it replaced. This is so inconvenient!
