I’d say a 6 or a 7 because if your talking about me I don’t really care about a lot of things I know people are all human and everybody makes mistakes but my friends or family would have not put up with the customer service they would have lost it that’s the only reason why I give it a 7 but as in the work itself a tremendous job I was really happy with the work that was preformed on my truck.

I really like the work that Chula Vista auto body did to my truck the communication was really bad but that had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed by Chula Vista auto body I think that they did an exceptional job.

The reason why I gave a 3 is because the communication was absolutely horrible. In the first week when my truck was in there I called seriously called like 4 times I asked for Jose and not 1 time did I get called back. Then the second week it was there I called and asked for Jose again they said he was on lunch and to call back in 10 min so I called back in 15 min and Jose answered the phone then he says your truck should be done on Friday. When Friday came around again no phone call so I called around 5 before closing time and then he says that the wrong part came in and the part should be coming in the same day that Friday and my truck should be ready on Monday I said ok then the 3rd week comes around it’s Monday I’m thinking that I’m gonna pick up my truck then Jose calls me and says your trucks not gonna be ready on Monday I’ll call when I know it’s complete. So I go threw the week and I get no call again now it’s Friday and I call Jose again I get ahold of him and he says your truck is gonna be ready at 5 tonight so you can pick it up then I’m all thank god it’s finally finished. That’s exactly what happened through my 1st experience with Chula Vista auto body. I mean it wasn’t that big of a deal it was more frustrating then anything because all I wanted to know was how it was going and things like that. But over all I’d give Chula Vista auto body a solid 7+ 8- as in overall review.
